A. Yes, the material used to make Focus On Bamboo products is certified by SKAL and OEKO-TEX.
Q. What do these product certifications mean?
A. The SKAL EKO is an internationally respected certification for sustainable textiles. It assures that the certified textiles are produced with the lowest practical ecological impact and in a safe and fair working environment. Okeo-Tex is a voluntary testing and certification system, which is uniform worldwide, for the objective assessment of potential harmful substances in textile products at all stages of production throughout the textile value chain. Certification assures that textiles pose no health risk to the wearer (children, adults or seniors).

A. Focus on Bamboo's products can be ordered from our website. On line business only.
Q. What payment method do we accept?
A. Focus on Bamboo understands our customers want their online transactions to be simple and secure. For your convenience, we offer product payment through Pay Pal. Credit cards accepted are Visa, Master Card, American Express.
Q. How long does it take for an order to be processed?
A. Orders are normally processed within 24 hours.
Return Policy
Q. What is the return policy?
A. We expect that you will be delighted with the 100% fiber products that you purchase from us. However, if for any reason you are not happy with your choice you may return any item within 14 days of receipt of your order. We will be happy to refund the price of your purchase or send you a comparable product in exchange.
We regret that delivery and packaging are direct costs and cannot be refunded. Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible after arrival. Please return the items to us in their original packaging. Used items returned to us will not be refunded.
Return & Credit Policy: If we make a mistake on your order we will give you a full refund. A 20% restocking charge will apply if the product is returned due to customer error.

A. Orders are shipped from Los Angeles California and Bloomington, MN.
Q. When can I expect my shipment to arrive?
A. When possible, we ship the day after receiving your payment. It will take 3-5 business days to arrive.

A. We SHIP BY UPS (United Parcel Service).

Q. Can Focus On Bamboo's products be machine washed?
A. Yes, our products can be washed in cold or warm water and tumbled dry on the low heat setting or they can be line dried.
Q. Can I use bleach?
A. We do not recommend using bleach on these natural products.
Q. What type of detergents should I use?
A. Though using regular detergent is fine, we do recommend using natural detergents.
Occasionally, you might notice a few loose threads or enlarged loops. Simply trim these to the same level as the rest of the loops.
